The Wonik WR600LF is the lighter of Wonik Robotics' two pallet-lift robots. It positions itself relative to a pallet, raises it on a lift with a 100 mm stroke and carries up to 600 kg around warehouses and production facilities, from a body that measures 950 x 1,310 x 310 mm with the lift module fitted.

Its most practical feature is the battery. The DC50V / 50Ah Li-ion pack is detachable, so it can be separated from the robot rather than being fixed in the chassis, and the robot also takes automatic sliding-type charging or manual charging. That gives a site more than one way to manage energy across a shift, with about 12 hours of operation against about 2 to 2.5 hours of charging.

Daily work is repeated pallet moves between storage, staging and processing areas. Docking with a QR code reference holds ±10 mm where the robot has to line up with a defined pick-up or drop-off position, and general stops hold ±30 mm. It travels at up to 1 m/sec and about 0.7 m/sec on average, and communicates over 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi through an external patch antenna, with LTE/5G as an option.

Next to the WR1000LF it has almost the same footprint, 6 mm narrower, 40 mm shorter and 8 mm lower, but a 600 kg rating rather than 1,000 kg, 6-inch driving wheels rather than 8-inch, and ±30 mm stop accuracy rather than ±20 mm. The accepted pallet format is confirmed with the quotation.
