Description
The Unitree H2 EDU is the research edition of Unitree's full-size H2 humanoid: the same 182 cm, 31-joint biped, opened up for development with a second onboard computer, secondary development and the SDK, dexterous-hand options and a slot for a high-power AI module, under a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Standing 182 cm and weighing about 70 kg, the H2 EDU carries 31 degrees of freedom — 6 in each leg, 7 in each arm, 3 in the waist and 2 in the head — on low-inertia, high-speed internal-rotor motors and industrial-grade crossed roller bearings. The arm joints deliver up to 120 N·m and the leg joints 360 N·m, for an arm payload of about 7 kg rated and 15 kg peak. A wide-field binocular camera, an array microphone and a high-power speaker give it vision and voice interaction; a quick-release 15 Ah smart battery runs it for about 3 hours.
What makes it the research edition: an Intel Core i7 development computer next to the Core i5 motion computer, secondary development with Unitree's SDK and development guide, and slots for an optional NVIDIA Jetson Thor (2070 TFLOPS, 128 GB) or Jetson Orin NX module. The back panel carries six USB-C ports, a GMSL video input, two gigabit Ethernet ports, four power outputs with RS-485 or CAN and two dexterous-hand connectors. Unitree's motion-control algorithms keep evolving through OTA updates, and the H2 EDU carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Unitree positions the H2 EDU for locomotion, whole-body control and learning research, education and training, embodied-AI development and the exploration of industrial scenarios. Unitree advises keeping a safe distance from the robot in operation, using it at 0–40 °C on firm, dry ground, and understanding the platform's limitations before buying.
The standard Unitree H2 is the same body without the development computer, SDK or hand options. The eight EDU SMART packages differ only in the pair of hands fitted: A Dex1-1 grippers, B Dex3-1, C Dex3-1 Tactile, D Dex5-1, E Dex5-1P Tactile, F BrainCo Revo 2 Basic, G BrainCo Revo 2 Touch, H Inspire RH56DFQ.

The Unitree H2 EDU is priced at €61.990 in your market. For volume or project orders, contact us for a business quote.
Unitree's H2 user manual lists: remote controller, battery, battery charger, protective stand, lying-posture packaging case, waist calibration blocks A and B, hip calibration fixtures A and B, ankle calibration fixtures (2), IMU calibration fixture, specialised lanyard, front and rear foot airbags (4 + 4), M4 × 20 screws (4), M4 hex wrench, level, XT30-M connectors (6), power connectors (4).
The body is identical. The H2 EDU adds an Intel Core i7 development computer, secondary development with Unitree's SDK and development guide, dexterous-hand options and optional AI modules (NVIDIA Jetson Thor or Jetson Orin NX), and carries a 12-month warranty instead of 8. The standard Unitree H2 runs on its Core i5 motion computer without secondary development.
Only in the pair of hands fitted: A Unitree Dex1-1 grippers, B Dex3-1 three-finger, C Dex3-1 Tactile, D Dex5-1 five-finger, E Dex5-1P Tactile, F BrainCo Revo 2 Basic, G BrainCo Revo 2 Touch, H Inspire RH56DFQ. The robot, computers and accessories are the same H2 EDU in every package; the brochure on this page compares the hands side by side.
Yes. The H2 EDU supports secondary development: your software runs on the Intel Core i7 development computer (and on an optional Jetson Thor or Orin NX module), with Unitree's SDK, the H2 development guide, gigabit Ethernet and the back-panel interfaces. The motion-control computer itself is not open.
The quick-release 15 Ah smart battery (0.972 kWh) gives about 3 hours of use. The charger takes 100–240 V and refills it in about 2 hours 40 minutes; the first charge takes the battery out of shipping mode.
Unitree's published warranty for the H2 EDU is 12 months. Every robot ships with the manufacturer warranty and official documentation; support is coordinated with Unitree's service network.
Yes. Robotix Market ships worldwide; delivery, import duties and the delivery estimate to your address are confirmed with your quotation.
