- 120 L/s High-Flow Monitor Large-volume firefighting monitor rated at 120 L/s with water range exceeding 96 m and foam range exceeding 92 m for mass agent delivery at standoff distance.
- Near-360° Monitor Rotation Broad horizontal sweep enables operators to protect exposures, shift suppression angles, and cover large-area firegrounds without moving the chassis.
- Hose Dragging — 80 m Rated Pulls two DN80 full water hoses over distances of 80 m or more, establishing suppression lines rapidly while keeping personnel away from fire and smoke.
- All-Terrain Tracked Chassis Crawler chassis rated for 220 mm obstacle crossing, 500 mm wading depth, and 40-degree slopes maintains reliable traction across wet and debris-laden firegrounds.
- Water & Foam Dual-Mode Suppression Supports both water and foam suppression agents through a single monitor, enabling vapor suppression and knockdown in addition to cooling applications.
- Environmental Sensing Capability Compatible with gas detection and environmental sensing modules, supporting hazardous atmosphere awareness alongside suppression operations.
Description
The Topsky Tianlong Tantu 120-Y is an industrial-grade tracked water and foam monitor robot built for sustained, large-area fire suppression in petrochemical plants, warehouses, tunnels, and large-span facilities where thermal loads and hazard complexity prevent close-in operations. Its all-terrain crawler chassis handles 220 mm obstacles, 500 mm wading depth, and slopes up to 40 degrees, while a maximum travel speed of 1.8 m/s enables rapid scene repositioning. The high-flow monitor is rated at 120 litres per second, with water throw distances exceeding 96 metres and foam throw distances exceeding 92 metres, and near-360-degree horizontal rotation provides broad tactical coverage for cooling, knockdown, and exposure protection without relocating the chassis.
Advancing charged hose lines is one of the most physically demanding aspects of fireground work; the Tantu 120-Y addresses this with a rated dragging capacity of two DN80 full water hoses over a minimum of 80 metres, allowing suppression lines to be repositioned without exposing personnel to peak heat. The robot's dual water and foam delivery capability, combined with optional environmental sensing integration described for the 120 L/s class, positions the Tantu 120-Y as a versatile standoff suppression platform suited to fire departments and industrial safety teams that require sustained high-volume agent delivery at safe distances from the seat of fire.
