Description
The SIASUN Commercial Vehicle Assembly Mobile Robot is a heavy-payload mobile platform engineered for large-scale final assembly of commercial vehicles, carrying loads of up to 15,000 kg. It is built to move and position the largest vehicle modules — such as complete chassis and cabs — through the assembly process. A non-contact power supply allows the robot to run 24/7 without charging downtime, while electromagnetic and magnetic navigation deliver positioning accuracy of ±5 mm and navigation accuracy of ±10 mm. Motion is handled by a single drive wheel with two caster wheels, and a servo motor combined with a mechanical brake provides controlled, dependable stopping under ultra-heavy loads.
On commercial vehicle final assembly lines, the robot replaces manual transfer of massive assemblies, significantly reducing manual workload while improving both safety and assembly efficiency. It gives truck and commercial vehicle manufacturers a flexible, intelligent alternative to fixed conveyance — the kind of repeatable transport, accurate positioning, and safe autonomous operation that modern smart factories and process-driven production logistics demand. For plants automating chassis marriage and cab handling at scale, it provides a proven foundation for continuous, high-throughput assembly.
