Description
The SIASUN Automated Gate Machine is an automatic fare collection gate for transit and controlled-access environments, offered as entry, exit, and bi-directional gate types. Its core function is validating each passenger's ticket — confirming it belongs to the current transportation system, holds value, is within its validity period, and carries the correct information code. On a valid pass, the machine records the time, station number, and device number, encodes the updated information onto the ticket, and clearly prompts the passenger whether they are entering, exiting, or need to visit the ticket booth for an update. The system accepts single journey tickets, stored value cards, QR codes, facial recognition, and UnionPay cards, and payment methods can be customized to the operator's requirements.
Built to ergonomic human-machine interaction principles, the gate combines a scratch- and impact-resistant tempered glass panel with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel body finished with smooth edges. The machine has a small footprint and a fully modular design: modules pull out on rails for servicing, and a built-in maintenance terminal handles ticket addition, ticket clearing, accounting, fault diagnosis, and operational parameter settings — enabling fast fault response and low-disruption upkeep. SIASUN deploys the Automated Gate Machine across metro and tram networks, scenic areas, and school training facilities, with related case studies covering integrated supervisory control and automatic fare collection systems.
