Description
The SEER Robotics SPT-1000 PalletTruck 1000 is a high-capacity autonomous pallet truck positioned around broad pallet type compatibility, enabling deployment across facilities that handle mixed or non-standard pallet formats without requiring specialized docking infrastructure. With a maximum payload of 1,000 kg and laser SLAM-based positioning accuracy of ±10 mm, the SPT-1000 autonomously transports heavy unit loads between storage locations, production lines, and staging areas at speeds of up to 1.1 m/s. The platform integrates with SEER Robotics' fleet management and navigation ecosystem for multi-robot coordination, traffic management, and connectivity to warehouse management systems.
The SPT-1000 carries a 48 V / 36 Ah battery providing up to 8 hours of runtime, supporting extended shift operations with minimal charging interruption. Its physical dimensions—145.0 cm long, 120.0 cm deep, and 55.6 cm tall—give it a low-profile form suited to standard pallet bays and loading dock environments. Total machine weight is 450 kg. Built for logistics and manufacturing operations where pallet diversity is a practical challenge, the SPT-1000 is suited to distribution centers, factory floor material flow, and high-throughput warehouses where consistent autonomous operation across varied pallet types reduces manual handling demands.
