- Narrow-Aisle Design Purpose-engineered for narrow-aisle warehouses where conventional forklifts cannot operate efficiently, enabling high-density racking systems to be served autonomously.
- 1,400 kg Payload Capacity Handles loads up to 1,400 kg, covering the majority of standard pallet and container weights encountered in warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing environments.
- Up to 10-Hour Runtime A 24 V / 210 Ah battery system supports up to 10 hours of continuous autonomous operation, enabling full-shift coverage without battery swaps in most deployments.
- ±10 mm Positioning Accuracy Precise stacker docking to within ±10 mm ensures accurate rack entry, load placement, and retrieval — reducing handling errors and protecting stored goods.
- European-Market Variant Available The SSS-1400EU variant meets European safety and compliance requirements, simplifying deployment in EU warehouses and distribution centers.
Description
The SEER Robotics SFL-CDD14 is an autonomous mobile stacker forklift engineered specifically for narrow-aisle warehouse environments, where conventional forklifts struggle with maneuverability and throughput. With a maximum payload of 1,400 kg and operating dimensions of 170.4 × 97.7 × 199.8 cm, the robot is designed to access tight storage aisles while lifting and stacking loads with ±10 mm positioning accuracy. Running at up to 1.5 m/s and backed by a high-capacity 24 V / 210 Ah battery system, it achieves up to 10 hours of runtime per charge — sufficient for full-shift autonomous operation in demanding logistics environments. The SSS-1400EU is the European-market variant, incorporating EU-compliant safety and certification specifications.
Versatile and universal in its positioning, the SFL-CDD14 integrates with SEER Robotics' fleet management software to coordinate tasks, manage traffic, and handle exceptions across multi-robot deployments. Laser SLAM navigation provides reliable localization without reflector infrastructure, while the robot's stacker forklift design enables it to perform both horizontal transport and vertical stacking — a combination that significantly reduces the range of manual operations needed in high-density storage facilities.
