- 195 mm Low-Profile Chassis Eighty millimetres flatter than the P500R and P1200R, letting it work under racking with restricted under-shelf clearance.
- Racks to 1020 x 1020 mm Handles a larger shelf footprint than the P500R while keeping a similar robot mass.
- 2.3 m/s Unloaded Travel Faster than the P500R when repositioning empty, which compounds across a shift of repeated trips.
- 55 mm Lift Stroke Raises the shelf just enough to clear the floor, keeping the centre of gravity low under heavy loads.
- 142 kg Robot Mass Among the lightest robots in the picking family relative to its rated capacity.
- 4-Second Lift Cycle Matches the rest of the P family, so mixed fleets keep a consistent cycle time at the pick face.
Description
The Geek+ P800R occupies an unusual position in the shelf-to-person family: at 142 kg it weighs essentially the same as the smaller P500R, yet the manufacturer rates it for a considerably heavier shelf and a larger 1020 x 1020 mm rack footprint.
The chassis is the give-away. At 1095 x 830 x 195 mm it is both wider and markedly flatter than its siblings — 195 mm against 275 mm — so it slides under lower-clearance racking that the P500R and P1200R cannot enter. Lift stroke is 55 mm, travel is 2.3 m/s unloaded and 2 m/s loaded, and the lift completes in four seconds.
It is the natural choice where an existing rack population has limited under-shelf clearance, or where a single robot class has to cover a wide spread of shelf weights without changing the aisle layout.
Key Capabilities
- 195 mm Low-Profile Chassis: Eighty millimetres flatter than the P500R and P1200R, letting it work under racking with restricted under-shelf clearance.
- Racks to 1020 x 1020 mm: Handles a larger shelf footprint than the P500R while keeping a similar robot mass.
- 2.3 m/s Unloaded Travel: Faster than the P500R when repositioning empty, which compounds across a shift of repeated trips.
- 55 mm Lift Stroke: Raises the shelf just enough to clear the floor, keeping the centre of gravity low under heavy loads.
- 142 kg Robot Mass: Among the lightest robots in the picking family relative to its rated capacity.
- 4-Second Lift Cycle: Matches the rest of the P family, so mixed fleets keep a consistent cycle time at the pick face.
This model is offered on a quotation basis. Fleet size, rack and tote dimensions, control-system integration, and delivery schedule all change the final figure, so pricing is confirmed per project rather than listed.
Buying through Robotix Market
This unit is sourced new through established distribution channels and ships worldwide with the full manufacturer warranty. Technical support is coordinated with the manufacturer's own service network. Deployment scope, configuration, fleet software, and commissioning responsibilities are agreed as part of the quotation — on-site installation is not included in the product price.

Goods-to-person order picking. It lifts an entire storage rack 55 mm off the floor and carries it to a stationary picking station, so operators pick without walking the aisles.
The manufacturer's specification sheet lists a maximum payload of 1000 kg for the P800R, with a maximum shelf size of 1020 mm x 1020 mm. We quote this figure as published; confirm it against your loaded shelf weight at quotation.
Its chassis is 195 mm high against 275 mm for the P500R and P1200R. That lower profile lets it enter racking with less under-shelf clearance.
2.3 m/s unloaded and 2 m/s with a shelf, with a minimum lifting time of 4 seconds.
Warehouse robot fleets are quoted per project. Robot count, rack dimensions, charging infrastructure, and integration with your warehouse control system all change the cost, so we price against a site brief rather than publishing a figure.
