- Working Heights up to 100 m Sprays primer and topcoat across the facades of mid- and high-rise buildings at working heights up to 100 metres, removing the applicator from the gondola.
- Around 180 m²/h at 80% Coverage or Better Production rates of roughly 180 square metres per hour with coverage of 80 percent or better, sustained without the fatigue that varies a manual spraying stroke.
- Mounts on Standard 2 to 4 m Gondolas Built as a modular payload — individual modules of 50 kg or less, total system weight under 400 kg — for the industry-standard suspended gondolas contractors already own, so no new access machine is required.
- Broad Coating Material Range Handles exterior latex paint, real stone paint, multicolor paint, relief paint, primers and water-based facade systems — from thin latex to aggregate-loaded real stone paint.
- Feature Recognition and Automatic Path Planning The robot reads facade features and plans its own spray trajectories, covering balconies, bay windows, gable walls, curved surfaces and internal and external corners.
- 200 mm Obstacle Crossing and Remote Monitoring Obstacle crossing up to 200 millimetres carries the unit over facade projections, while remote monitoring with full data statistics keeps the work supervised and documented from the ground.
Description
Of all the trades on a building site, few combine danger and monotony like facade painting: a worker in a suspended gondola, a hundred metres of empty air below, repeating the same spraying strokes across thousands of square metres in wind, glare and overspray. The BMR T100 Exterior Wall Coating Robot from BrightMaster Robotics is built to take exactly that job off human harnesses.
The T100 is an intelligent aerial work robot that mounts on the industry-standard 2 to 4 metre suspended gondolas contractors already own, and sprays primer and topcoat across the facades of mid- and high-rise buildings at working heights up to 100 metres — at rates around 180 square metres per hour, with coverage of 80 percent or better. Its material range spans the coating systems that dominate residential and public construction: exterior latex paint, real stone paint, multicolor paint, relief paint, primers and water-based facade systems.
Its working envelope includes the geometry that normally slows facade work down — balconies, bay windows, gable walls, curved surfaces and internal and external corners. Feature recognition and automatic path planning generate the spray trajectories; obstacle crossing up to 200 millimetres carries the unit over projections; and remote monitoring with full data statistics turns high-altitude painting from an act of courage into a supervised, documented machine process.
The design is deliberately pragmatic. Rather than inventing a new access machine, BMR built the T100 as a modular, lightweight payload — individual modules of 50 kilograms or less and a total system weight under 400 kilograms — for the suspended gondolas already hanging on high-rise projects worldwide. The access infrastructure stays; what changes is that the person in the basket is replaced by a machine that does not tire, does not lean out and does not vary its stroke.
The T100 is a quote-only item, available internationally. Units are sourced new through established distribution channels and carry the full manufacturer warranty. Robotix Market ships worldwide, and after-sales support is coordinated with BrightMaster Robotics' service network. On-site installation and commissioning are not included. Delivery and customs clearance are arranged for the destination market.

Frequently Asked Questions
It sprays primer and topcoat onto the facades of mid- and high-rise buildings, replacing the worker who would otherwise do that spraying from a suspended gondola. It covers facade geometry such as balconies, bay windows, gable walls, curved surfaces and internal and external corners.
The T100 works at heights up to 100 metres and sprays at rates around 180 square metres per hour, with coverage of 80 percent or better. Obstacle crossing up to 200 millimetres carries it over facade projections.
Exterior latex paint, real stone paint, multicolor paint, relief paint, primers and water-based facade systems — the coating systems that dominate residential and public construction. Confirm your specific system when you request a quote.
